HR RoadRanger Truck Licence Upgrade Course

• Full-day intensive training in a RoadRanger-equipped HR vehicle
• Final Competency Assessment (FCA) conducted on the same day
• Training and assessment by RMS-accredited instructors
• Use of our RoadRanger HR vehicle for the course
• Free second FCA attempt if required

• Correct use of a constant mesh (RoadRanger) gearbox
• Double clutching and gear splitting techniques
• Safe operation of heavy rigid vehicles in urban and highway conditions
• Load restraint, braking, turning, and reversing
• Compliance with heavy vehicle road laws

• Must hold a current C class licence for at least 2 years
• Must be medically fit to drive (RMS clearance may be required)

This is an advanced course requiring strong coordination and mechanical understanding. If you're not confident with manual transmissions, consider starting with an HR Auto course first.
